The production line of food container of aluminium foil No.CTAC-25T
The productivity is 30-80 per munite,that is this production line can produce 30-80 products per minute.(it depends on the production¡¯s complexity and size.) The fastest speed is 80 products per minute.
This prodution line is composed of the followings(note1),
1. an auto-lubricated feeder(note2)
2. an eletronic controlled panel
3. a pinch head controller
4. a precise presser with four pillar
5. a set mould of food container which is vertical curl or full curl
6. a automatic conveyor(with a rim charge carbore)
7. a collector of finished product
8. a die change machine
9. a set of machine which assist to change foil
Note:
1.This production line is electrification integration,and centralized control.It is totally controlled automatically.Worker just collect the finished products.
2.The width of foil feed system is 520mm.(basic model)
3,The feeding system is controlled by computer. You can regulate the length form 30mm to 999mm.
4.As we can manufactured the machine according to the products¡¯s size that they required, the machine model is different.
The procedure of production:
raw material:aluminium foil-->auto-lubricated feeder-->pinch head controller-->a precise presser with four pillar-->mould-->collect product by hand (or auto-collector)-->packing
