The production line of food container of aluminium (ordinary model)No.CTAC-63T This production line can produce 35 products per minute.(it depends on the production’s complexity and size.) Speed can’t be regulated. This prodution line is composed of the followings(note1), 1. an auto-lubricated feeder(note2) 2. an eletronic controlled panel 3. a pinch head controller 4. an ordinary 63-T punch 5. a set mould of food container which is vertical curl or full curl 6. a automatic conveyor(with a rim charge carbore) 7. a collector of finished product Note: 1.This production line is electrification integration,and centralized control. 2.The width of foil feed system is 520mm.(basic model) 3.The feeding system is controlled by computer. You can regulate the length form 30mm to 999mm. 4.As we can manufactured the machine according to the products’s size that they required, the machine model is a little bit different from each other. The procedure of production line: raw material:aluminium foil-->auto-lubricated feeder-->pinch head controller-->a 63T punch-->mould-->collect product by hand (or auto-collector)-->packing Instrution of Mould: There is an old saying that only a good mould can manufacture good products---that is our long-term aim. According to customer’s needs, the mould can be seted up to ordinary punch, pneumatic punch,or the press with four pillars.
