1.The feeder series are built with a very solid steel structure,with high precise feeding and folded mould.
2.The machine feed freely with no tension, regulating the position quickly and conveniently.
3.There is a save-power device to assist the foil roller.It is convenient to change foil.
4. The female roll can work continuously in a very long time,as we imported a constant-temperatured brake device.
5..We adopt Izumi¡¯s IDEC PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) in Japan to the system of the feeding length.Therefore, it has strong competence and great flexibility.We adopt the color 4.7 inch surface of people to machine as to optimize the system.It has great function, such as language converting,counting and rememering.
6. We research and developed pinch head by combiting our long-term experience of designing the packing machine in this field.We initiate firstly pinch head in this field. The pinch head is design from elastic splint.And it can be adjusted from 0mm to 300mm. The pinch head can match mould with different height.In that case,it has no effect on die change.
7. The foil feed system can put foil easily and simply.As it has an oil tanker with great capacity,it is very easy to lubricated and add oil.
8. Based on this foil feed system, we have engineered his new emboss to have an ever lasting quality and at the same time to be as smooth as possible. You will never experience braking of the foil thanks to our embosser.According to your specific needs we will supply any kind of drawing as to make your containers¡¯decoration a distinctive sign of your company. We also can design and produce delicate decorations as customer required accroding to samples, blueprints or constructions.The longest width of the machine is 650mm,almost including all emboss of aluminium foil. |
